Linear guides are a general term that includes sliders and rails (that is, linear guide rail). Generally, since the processed surface is used as the installation reference and the application length is limited, its debugging and measurement are relatively simple. However, for ultra-long guides (greater than 8 meters), its debugging and measuring become a difficulty.

2. Tnstallation structure and accuracy requirements of the guides

The horizontal guide rail of a near-field test equipment is divided into a main rail and a sub-rail, with a total length of 13 meters and a span of 1.5 meters, which is the extremely important basis and reference for the accuracy of the equipment. The main rail plays a leading role, and the sub-rail plays a supporting role.

3. Straightness debugging of main rail in horizontal plane

As the guide rail is made of 13 1-meter-long precision guide rails spliced on the basic steel rail. In order to facilitate the splicing and debugging of precision guide rails, we divide this process into two steps: coarse debugging of rails and fine debugging of precision rails.
